Parents, teachers, support staff, and students working together have made Columbus Middle School a great school! This school year will continue the tradition of students and teachers seeking excellence in whatever we do -- a tradition of trying to be the "best that we can be."
Columbus Middle School holds grades 4-8 and has 368 students. Grades 4 and 5 are traditional homeroom settings and grades 6-7-8 have 4 academic teachers with support from Allied Arts staff and Special Education staff.
Allied Arts staff consist of an Art, Music, Phy Ed, Health, Tech Ed, Band, Chorus, and Foreign Language staff. Some of these staff are shared with Columbus High School. Columbus Middle School is served by one Guidance Counselor and a district Psychologist and Reading Specialist. The library is served by a district Media Specialist.
Students' grades are now available for parents online though our new PowerSchool system. Login information was sent home to all families on the first quarter progress reports. Please contact the office if you need assistance.
